Domiciliary Care
We provide domiciliary care to people who live in their own homes but may require additional support with activities of daily living such as personal care, domestic services or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
We maybe able to help you if you have an illness or injury which causes you difficulties managing with your normal daily routines.
You may have been recently discharged from hospital and are finding it hard to cope or you may be living alone and require a little help.
We can help by assisting at times you need with:
Personal care – is a service that helps our service users with bathing, washing, dressing and toileting on a day-to-day basis. This also includes showering, shaving and applying topical ointments.
Housework – our carers can assist with tasks around the house such as cleaning, vacuuming and doing the laundry.
Prepare meals and drinks – our carers can assist with popping the kettle on to
preparing your dinners and assisting with all your culinary needs.
Assist with medication – our carers are fully trained to help collect, organise and administer medication, ensuring it is taken in a safe manner.
Mobility assistance – all our carers are trained in Moving and Handling techniques and can assist with mobility in your home environment using the correct equipment in a safe and professional manner. They can help with getting you in and out of bed and accessing your whole home.
Companionship – as well as practical and physical support, our friendly carers also provide great company if your feeling lonely throughout the week or at any time.
Help you get out and about – whether on public transport or in their car, our carers can help you get to the shops, see family or even go away for a weekend or fortnight.
Befriending service – our carers support adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Everyone is different and therefore our approach centres on the individual themselves, to support them in realising their dreams and ambitions.
Our service is individual to you and your needs.
We are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day providing care when you most need it and for the length of the visit you need.
